•    Defective Online Programs: If the online program content is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
•    Damaged E-Books: If an e-book file is corrupted or not readable, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the e-book has not been successfully downloaded.

- Online Programs: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email requesting onboarding information for the online learning platforms we provide access to. If you do not receive this email within two working days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
- E-Books: After purchase, you will receive an email requesting information to offer you access to the e-books you have purchased.
