On 27th June 2026, EduEnhance welcomed school leaders to the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel in Dubai for the opening session of our UAE School Inspections Readiness Masterclass series.
Facilitated by Blanca R. Hindle, the day brought together principals, vice principals and middle leaders from across the emirate to explore how the UAE School Inspection Framework translates into everyday practice. Working in a small group, participants examined evidence gathering, lesson observation, self evaluation and the conversations that take place with inspection teams, then applied each idea directly to their own school context.
The format was deliberately practical. Delegates left with annotated tools, worked examples and a clear set of next steps to share with their wider leadership teams.
